Boy do you have a shock coming to you when you face a real disaster if you think $600 is one. 

My employees who was at the deposition hearings said the plaintiff attorney was shocked and dismayed to learn he moved to FL., banged on the table on hearing that, and gave up afterwards.

This came as a huge shock to me and it essentially doubles my already high taxes.

I did most of the work myself and hired a couple plumbers and electricians after shocking myself a couple times.

They may agree to lower it for you for a period but I would not be shocked if they have a hard time doing something on your homes that is out of sync with everyone else homes they manage.
