Do I schedule time with the tenants for me to drop-in and re-fill the salt?

Engineering Report has declared the property re buildable Goal to to be all in under 80kBased on lose comps 120K today would be the resale value to hit as a 3/1.

I have a Bookkeeper for my farm expenses/income but I am not sure if she has any RE experience and has not gotten back to me if she will do it or not as she has suffered a health crisis this year and has cut back some. 

Finally getting my profile up and running after investing in RE since 2016 and leaving my W2 in 2024.  

These factors cause a bit of anxiety and have led to this whole re-evaluation.

This comes with time and experience but a book that helped me tremendously (not really a sales book, though) was "Boundaries" by Henry Cloud.The most common challenges for RE Agents early relate to generating leads and focusing on income producing activity.I would consider spending 50-75% of your side-hustle time on income generating activities. 

I feel like just about every month, I see RE investors with 1-2 year's experience starting a new fund and advertising on Facebook for LP's, as well as the daily "JV deals" that straight-up violate securities laws.

We have a well known RE attorney here that says we should be able to quiet the title but it all makes us very nervous.
