the condo HOAs are responsible for it not you as an individual. the newer the development the better. a lot of the older associations are worse and are having to do special assessments and pushing condo fees way up.

I came across a random podcast talking about FL's market crashing due to inflated cost with too low of a demand, along with refusal to cover storm/hurricane from insurance agency ( I admit I haven't researched the truth behind this one), assuming it pushes owners/investors to go to private thirds at a massive premium.

VERY difficult to cashflow on Class A properties with mortgage rates where they are.This pushes many investors into buying lower Class properties they don't understand and thus get burned on.

The worst part of renting to my Parakeet tenant is that her cars are spotless, her house is spotless, every time I go over my car needs to be washed and all I can think is they must look at it and think "geez, there goes the neighborhood" lolOne of my best tips, I learned from a friend who owns 50 plus rentals- always collect the rent in person.
