Being punished for failing rather than being taught to learn from your failures. 

If you feel that strongly about it I suggest you make a few phone calls and see if it is a punishable offense.

Unfortunately, as part of my punishment they didn't have the gas bill put in their names until the end of January.

i agree. i'm sick of the punishment of the preponderance of emails.

Over the past decade, a few complaints have been filed with the real estate commissions of a few states and in each situation, we proved legally that we were within the bounds of the law and there was no punishment.

It's frustrating that seemingly every program in place, taxes, etc are punishing me for excelling my career quickly at a young age (but I'll save the rest of that rant for another time).  

But I would say (nicely) that it should be a crime punishable by multiple years in prison to murder a tree in order to print the worthless policy out.Absolutely nothing that breaks is covered.

It is not uncommon for tenants to run up utility bills to punish their landlord.

I understand that if any of the above statements are willfully false, I am subject to punishment.

I'm not sure what the punishment is or how they go about checking on people being owner occupiers but I would wait it out and hope an owner occupier doesn't grab it.
