Would love to connect and promote growth in the Jacksonville area!!

I do own a small software business but I'm not really here to promote (especially since this isn't the place) so I'll leave those details out.

The first one I reached out to is promoted by BP so I thought it might have been one of the best out there.

I know it sounds weird, but the company I work with don't want to Promote or list properties we have under contract only sell exclusively to our own pipeline of investors. 

(I always say "So if you get a promotion in another city, it's not a stress for you to move!"..

I don't know how many phone calls and emails I got from this company promoting their investments a few years back. 

I personally didn't like it because you have to do everything yourself everyday - go buy all the products in Costco or other huge stores, looking for discounts and promotions to get a better price (because most of the profit in vending comes from a very cheap prices when you buy bulk).

I'd suggest reading some books (The ones promoted by Bigger Pockets are excellent), and listening to a bunch of podcasts. 

The people writing these obviously have hours and hours and hours of free time to write and promote this crap, that means they aren't actually out there DOING IT.
