I use it to find the homes but haven't used it to promote the them.Now, is it easy to just post the monthly rental to sell or the purchase price for a lease option?

I just accepted a promotion to Austin, TX from the Bay Area. 

It's self-serving, like any business if you don't promote it you will be out of business, but I also see so much bad information on the internet that it's hard not to participate.

I do own a small software business but I'm not really here to promote (especially since this isn't the place) so I'll leave those details out.

The first one I reached out to is promoted by BP so I thought it might have been one of the best out there.

I know it sounds weird, but the company I work with don't want to Promote or list properties we have under contract only sell exclusively to our own pipeline of investors.
