If you're ever looking for assistance, I have owned and operated multiple sober living programs for about 6 years now and also have been in the investor/landlord position.

We haven't used either program but I believe at least one builds out the site and SEO. 

Honest conversation about them being able to afford the property and expressing it appears they are struggling.
