Some of the profits and losses I’ve been seeing in certain properties have been significantly lower than Airdna projects, with only a handful being in the projection range, and maybe one or two exceeding.

Much too large of an organization and staff are not the most helpful.

Let's say you make 100k/year gross - you'd need 16-17 properties that pure cashflow (profit) $500/month.

I suspect most of these funds will be unwound not with bankruptcy but with severe haircuts for the LPs and break even or slight profit for the top dogs, and let's go heavy into RE courses and teach you how to get out of your paralysis type plays.  

Gaining an understanding of the Zoning is vital to what can be built and essentially dictate how profitable the land can be.
