@Jay ThomasIt is a problem as you will typically have multiple treatments which could impact tenants and of course cost.

If your neighbor's exterior paint is chipping, it will definitely becomes your problem as you mow the lawn (for example).

Its been hyped as the next area for a long time but its never really gotten there, I think because of the bad reputation (true Brooklyn had that problem as well) and its not nearly as close as many of the other areas like BK or Queens.
