Hi Brie, Some things I always recommend are to walk the tenant to their vehicle after you show the property or hand deliver a lease to their current rental to have a better idea of their cleanliness and how they treat their personal property.

More and more companies will not insure anything with asbestos siding.I ended up moving all my properties and vehicles to a new company, but had to get a completely different company for the property with asbestos.

If it arrived on wheels, it's manufactured, has (or had) a vehicle title, and is financed under special programs for manufactured homes - because of its default risk.If it arrived on a flatbed truck, it was rolled onto the foundation and - for financing purposes - it is the SAME as a stick built home.
