How are we seeing this rule change play out in practice?

My practice is to send a .pdf copy of only the first one or two pages of the DU showing approval only and strength of qualifications such as Fico Score etc...   

After graduating college with a degree in both marketing and finance I transitioned to the lending side of the real estate industry.

Be aware, they do not practice safe creative financing nor do they understand how to deal with the problems as they arise.

But it's a great tool for practicing analyzing deals :)

As posted above, though, OPM may not be practical for a novice investor. 

Example - could you increase ash flow by acquiring a SFH near a college campus but charge rent by the room?

A young guy I know bought a cute vintage camper, sprayed it black, cut a window in the side and built it out as a mobile coffee shop, which is now parked outside of events and staffed with college girls.
