Building out my portfolio with strategic, secure passively cash-flowing assets to continue to build leveraged equity.

I know that my COC my be lower, etc but my main concern since its my first property is being cash flow positive.  

But I would say I have the personality for it and we were in a good position to take advantage of it.

An LLC also makes refinancing in the BRRRR method smoother, as many lenders prefer loans through an entity for multi-property investors.Starting with the right structure positions you for long-term success.

We keep seeing conflicting views but my personal experience with buyers indicates that the outlook is positive.   

My position as GP is justified with work experience being that I invest and develop for years, and for putting the deal together and bringing the unique opportunity. 

If they don't have a positive test, they won't have anything to back up the photos if it tests negative now.

As things with real estate are starting to pick up for me I'm now getting to a position where I could feasibly have more than one project running at a time and am trying to look at options for how best to keep these straight and on top of all the deadlines.
