I'm building three ADUs currently in CA and looking at investing out of state, possibly in Macon, when I'm done with this project.

The problems with the project mostly stemmed from the crawl space work, which required shoring, replacing structural members, leveling floors and insulation. 

Between the contractor that scammed me and the break in, this project has gone on for about five months longer than it should, and I have depleted my savings making the interest payments all the way up until I have zero money. 

If so, what will be the typical time and cost to pull the permit for such a project.

Being that my business is brand new, do I project business profit when they ask for the annual business income? 

If not fixed I have seen people sell for double what the work is because they need to take on the project once closed. 

Your project is amazing and it would see a real change for people if done right.First you have to identify what you are looking for.

But to phase the project you really are needing separate Certificate of Occupancy's.

This is all indications of a super sensitive earnings, extremely sticky projected inflation, and the bond market being way in front of the Fed.
