No magic bullet.Anywho :roll: One guy / girl said that I could buy a house under a lease option and then lease option it out to someone else, with bigger payments and a shorter time period than the primary lease option.

Must be a different class of girls this year cause no boyfriends going to and fro this year!!

Then they cry like little girls for govt help and handouts.

Here is what the girl living on the second floor told me "when showering it constantly switches from cold to hot or it just doesn't go very hot anymore at all"I turned up the temperature on the hot water tank but it hasn't changed anything.

She didn't look too pro, kinda girl next door-ish.

It gives me a warm feeling to know that my tax dollars are going to a young, unmarried girl that has had 5 kids by 5 men and is too lazy to work!!!

Now I have felt some rushes of excitement before, like when I kissed a girl and I liked it.

You do not live in fear of having a fire any more than you do now.They will fight, they will move in girl/boy friends, do drugs, drink, not pay, make noise, not clean up, etc. or they may be perfect angles. 

I can remember every car I bought and just about every girl I've dated but every house I've owned at some point?  

My younger 17 year old girl had a summer job, got paid via a debit card, and on payday transfer to money from her debit card to a checking account.
