It has been working wonderful for me even off season hasn't been bad so far (fingers crossed)  Airbnb gets some negative press with the hotel industry feeling the pinch but I feel it has given it free advertising and more people are aware of it now.

With regards to contractor saving time and clients penny pinching materials, if you have it not deliver on site, then it simply means that you are paying for logistics on the contractor side, a trip and wait to home depot is about 1.5 hrs, while a call and delivery fee from supply houses is about 5-10 mins and $0-50/delivery (most are free or below $30 on my end).

In a pinch, I've also seen people have success by cold calling realtors and asking them if they have any cash buyers in their network that would be interested in purchasing.

I typically buy my materials from a commercial supplier because my husband works for a general contractor firm but when we are in a pinch, a new menards opened up and we love it there, we use our pro account at home depot too.
