For full protection, your mortgage company will likely still require you to carry a landlord or dwelling policy.

I am also looking at a new company called Noshable that does grocery delivery precheck in and gives kickbacks as well.

Just tell them you work for the Property management company in my opinion. 

Also, make sure you have a great property management company who can be your "boots on the ground".
