Don't listen to people on here that say "Always raise the rent", they don't know what they are talking about.

@Jacob Sherman I’ve done this numerous times, as have other investors I know, and none of us has ever had a lender trigger the due on sale clause.

Ask about financing and see what their rates are AFTER they give you price quotes.The parking lot is currently causing significant flooding, along with numerous cracks, potholes, and tripping hazards.

I love listening to people's stories to learn and be inspired but first here's mine. 

You will meet so many people and build relationships while also being able to listen to experts in the field.

Erica Shaunta Thompson what I really did was just listen to what they are always saying on the pod cast.

I keep reading and listening to things but knowledge without action is still not a good place to be.

I know I'm asking for a lot of information, but I've been reading these forums and listening to the podcasts, and this seemed like a great community to bring this to.
