It's certainly a big issue when it comes to how much it could cost their clients due to mis pricing the property (either too low or too high).I've been on the positive end of a realtor "faking it" and pricing a property too low and we have certainly seen property priced too high over the past 6-12 months.What would you do if you were president of NAR (National Association of Realtors) to implement positive change?

Every one of those studies I've seen were paid for by NAR or an affiliate, so they're not exactly objective.Prepare to go for at least 3 months (probably much more) without a paycheck.

The exam prep course is inexpensive, but you also have to pay to take the exam, join your local board, join the NAR (if required by your brokerage), etc.

Last with all the money paid to the NAR I'm disappointed the lawyers could not defend what the NAR claimed was a frivolous lawsuit.
