I would personally speak to the tenants if have had previous contact before to try to get to the bottom of all of this and then your PM.I would hope this isn't the case, but I have heard of PM incentivizing tenants to leave for a multitude of reasons including to have them move into a property the PM personally owns or if they want them out so they get a new lease up fee.

It is the little things she finds that saves me so much pain and frustration.Besides, the government has so many restrictions when it comes to selling to owner occupied buyers who need a loan (pretty much the target market for the majority of investors that flip) that the average investor doesn't have the time to invest in staying abreast of the multitudes of red tape that need to be navigated.
