@ the 3 day they try to high pressure sell you a $10,000 to $40,000 that includes some mentoring time.It would seem to me - if the Gurus were confident that you could make millions - they would just take my $10,000 to $40,000 fee out of all the money I make in the future.

Some of it is seeping through the block (which is porous) and getting the basement wet, and the rest is just creating static pressure against the exterior foundation wall and causing it to bow and crack.The key is to get the water away from the foundation wall and keep it out of the basement.

The heating system was turned off during construction and over a couple of weeks the system cooled down, the fittings loosened in the slab and the water drained out and pressurized the slab.

Also, remind her that many of your units don't have the luxury of ceiling fans and that if it makes them feel safer, you'd be happy to install a flush mount light fixture instead.If they do decide to act against you, it's out of your hands anyway but I think if you put it this way they'll think twice about crossing you.
