You could also add a small microwave and mini fridge which allows leftovers and oatmeal packets and cold drinks and to heat up muffins if you have butter packets.

Only place I could see a problem MAY be the kitchen - if they were running a toaster oven, microwave etc at the same time on the same outlet/circuit.

The stoves broken, microwave trashed, and drains are screwed.

Looks like people use king size beds, so a two bedroom STR with each having a king size bed, 2 king frames, 2 king matresses, night stands, clock/radio/phone chargers, 4 sets sheets, blankets, comforters, pillows, 8 set towels, wall hangings, rugs, TVs, sleeper sofa, chairs, kitchen table & chairs, refrigerator, stove, microwave, dishwasher, washer & dryer, etc. 

People expect TV'S just like a stove or microwave. 

Pro Tip - I go to Costco and get a giant pack of microwavable Popcorn, and a giant pack of Water. 

Kitchen/breakfast area: Repair loose threshold; microwave lights on exterior underside aren't working; dishwasher leaks during use, may need to replace seal7.
