If its well isolated and will not be noticeable to the main house tenants, be sure to say that in your ads.You may well have missed your best opportunity to get a tenant. 

As I do not know if it is truly a cultural misfit with that firm or an isolated incident with that particular PM sales agent or simply normal business practice for this particular sub-market, the issue was elevated to the owner of the firm.
