A lot of otherwise reasonably intelligent people say unbelievably stupid things to the recently bereaved.

I've been very blessed to grow from 0 to 13 properties (mostly all rehabbed) this past year and plan to continue to grow very quickly, but, I want to make sure I'm doing it strategically, and intelligently!

I think it will get accepted, if it does, I will be extremely happy because I feel confident in my abilities and intelligence.

My belief is that the collective intelligence of forums like this one is a great start to get alternate ideas, especially in real estate.I mean, I see discussions of 10% coc return in these forums.

This post comes across as poor social skills and lack of intelligence.

I’m in the habit of checking rent info on Zillow, loopnet, Craigslist, Or rentometer and making educated trend assumptions based on GSF, property class type, age of building, etc. it really is a “scotch tape” excel spreadsheet, and I’d love to have a more intelligent method at analyzing rent rates2.) as far as avoiding election goes, do you think most of this process can be avoided or mitigated through having a strong tenant lease?

While I will always use it in a bathroom because that’s what code and semi-intelligent homeowners want, as long as you prime and use a good quality paint, the end result is really no different between regular and green.

Do you think with artificial intelligence, there will be a day where computers outpace man in scientific discoveries?
