I look at the same as if you go out to eat and have a bad meal, do you stop eating?

The only problem with them is they now have bunkmates and bland meals three times a day.

I've been saying that for about a year now and my father isn't getting any younger/healthier.  

Note: If you go to same meeting each month, you can do detail tracking for a month, and can use same detail to estimate expense for rest of the year.( If nothing changed) Meals when travelling away from home - 50% is deductible unless the meal is provided to general public (like Open houses) than it is 100% deductible.

Meals and travel costs are commonly overlooked in record keeping.  

We could grab a meal or a drink and discuss property managers, contractors, lenders, Realtors, attorneys and all things having to do with Pueblo Real Estate investing.

Some have suggested taking on more work...just make sure the loss of free time doesn't lead to more meals out, baby-sitting costs, or picking up unhealthy habits.
