They are much "greener" as the waste is highly reduced by computerized cut schedules. ie, cutting 3 pieces out of a 12' board instead of 2 out of a 10' board, etc.Probably the largest factor is that there is not enough price spread between a modular and stick built home.

No one on the planet is loaning private money at 5%.

We let a PM go about a year ago; like Patricia described they were creating a 'signature rental', upcharging the contractors, and charging us for showing the unit to everyone on the planet before they were even qualified to any degree.

They are in their boat and you are in yours.3 years ago, I was in the "same" boat as many of you, and now I am in my space-shuttle exploring the planets.. while I still see a bunch of people still here when I still was in "that same boat".A group of people you belong to i dangerous.

The longer I’m on this planet the less I start putting my trust in people.

Then, when you have a history that proves your have what it takes the investors will flock around you from every country on this planet and treat you like a god.

Pass it up for greener pastures.This is my first property and I want to make it count!

stay with what you know.. and is working.. grass is not always greener.. 

When I take over this planet I will make sure he will get what is coming to him!
