Don't be too trusting right away like I did though, you will have to feel people out because some people in these groups are scam artists too. 

The title company is nervous because they didn't ask for the addendum either.Can she resell the house with his name on the title since he scammed her and didn't pay the mortgage each month?

I won't call it a scam or anything like that, but I will say BP has strong resources and tools to help you achieve your goals without dropping $35k on a mastery program.

The days of the Wild West in real  estate are gone with lease and option to buy contracts, take a down payment, wait for the buyer to default or setting them up to fail, then rinse and repeat with the next buyer, with new predatory dealing laws, this becomes a scam.

I am now getting one to two of these a day.. since I am on no other social media except BPI know this is coming from these folks trolling BP I am going to remove my e mail"Hello,I currently have investors who are look...

However, I do believe that the furnace people here in Canada - RELIANCE in particular, run a scam. 

Or think it's a scam.  

This is where you get scammed, not by the HOA itself.
