Any experience working with a CPA that build the tax structure for foreigners buying real estate in MD? 

Markets are different all over the world, I'd suggest finding some agents in that country that regularly work with foreign investors and just start talking with them and explain what you're trying to do.

I inherited a foreign rental property from my parents in 2017 and started renting it out in 2018.

Foreigners purchase property in the US all the time, without being residents.

Canadians with income and assets not in US are called foreign national loans.

Many fund of funds have foreign investors or exempt entities(401k or IRA) so you want to make sure that your CPA understands how taxation works when work you have partners/members that fit that profile.

This nonsense where some “investor” who 75% of the time doesn’t even live in the same city or even state  can swoop in and buy up all this property and carry ten mortgages while most of my generation can’t even get approved for one mortgage and are paying so much in rent to out of state and foreign landlords who hoard all the houses we might want needs to be curbed.

Hi Everyone, I got a couple of questions in order to do my first investment in USA as a foreigner.

Anyway, anything dealing with commercial or mixed use zoning is obviously foreign to me.
