All of our properties were in Primo Locations, especially the ones in South Tampa which exploded with development ten years ago on the East side of Dale Mabry Hwy.

But Huntsville is an exploding market and what people don't realize is that we are about to start seeing "the drive" where people moving from OOS are willing to drive 1+ hr. to work, so being well versed in your tri county areas will benefit you well. 

The mall area is Pooler and it is exploding, or was, a bit of a pause now and time will tell how much it slowed but overall it's not going to shrink.

I'm out in Riverview and my 2016 home built at $278k is now a $595k home (current valuation), and that area exploded from 2015-2021.
