I am currently thinking we would refinance the 3Bd home to fund our out of state expansion and continue to pay off the 2Bd house until we see how we can make BRRR work for us.

I started out with a $330K property (since sold for $1.8 Million after some expansion) that I raised $60K in private funds for.

The current national expansion is very much on track to be the longest on record.Arizona added 78,800 jobs in 2018, which translated into 2.8% growth, according to the latest revised data from the U.S.

During my visit, I noticed there were new walking trails in certain areas ( similar to the Beltline in Atlanta), the University recently announced an expansion of their campus, the military base in close by, etc.

Am I too late to get in or are the cost of housing after completion of the Station North expansion now baked into the purchase price if a rennovated unit?

Additionally you can usually buy a value added property- renovations, expansions, ADU, etc., to force value early on.

That is before all other expanses, HOAs, and mortgage payments.  

Most folks come to Milwaukee for better cash flow, there are also some cool developments and expansion going on in most parts of town. 

No doubt the economy has had a long expansion period, but it was also a deep recession. 

They were doing a major freeway expansion.
