I could not disagree with the original poster more.

I see 100's of flips from our borrowers across the USA and examine rehab budgets daily.   

The only thing I personally disagree with are the $300 sheets (again, this is NOT to take away from his posts, his post is 100% gold to someone starting out).

I disagree with some of the suggestions and thoughts that other posters made.

Apologies for my long-winded two-cents, but this is a question I encounter on an almost daily basis.I do have to disagree with the idea of waiting for prices to go down to buy, or the general notion that prices will correct to such a degree that market values will significantly drop.

A few were saying, to other members, that we should have that info now and I disagreed. 

I will have to disagree with @Aly Vizcarra.

In other words, what tax position don’t you agree with them on and what’s your reason for disagreeing?

I will try but they are very very disagreeable!
