These omissions are not included, unless you ask for them to be included and unless you get an Endorsement from the title insurance co. that indicates that they are included.

A policywith a higher premium may be a better deal if it does not have a wind deductible.There are many endorsements that are available on the homeowners policy.

I doubt any insurance will insure the bldg. or endorse idea.

My agent told me that there's an endorsement in the policy covering the LLC that also covers the owners, I.e. me.
