Checks all your boxes; scenic neighborhoods right next to or near the water, the expansive centrally-located shopping/dining complex Coco Walk is nearing the end of it's massive reconstruction, huge new luxury condos just built right across from the marina.

It is walking distance to hospitals, retail, dining, offices and public transportation making it a desirable location for residents or visitors. 

Then we have travel, entertainment, dining, theme parks, oil stocks, industrials, airlines and banks down 30 - 40% on average and they are also down based on fundamentals emanating from Covid-19.

My previous tenants had three window units, two in the bedrooms and one in the dining room and never had any issues with it staying cool upstairs and never had electrical issues with running 3 units at the same time.

When I give a star rating to a fast food restaurant, I rate it compared to other fast food restaurants, not compared to fine dining restaurants.

I was thinking people will want to move to warm cities in low tax states. the place would also need to have some diversity and fine dining that they're accustomed too. 

- the circa 1770s house currently has had the floors in dining room carefully removed (to be put back in future) and drywall removed in the dining room.

It has a living room with fireplace and dining room with large kitchens.

It's the largest unit, about 900 sq feet, with two big bedrooms, living room, kitchen, dining room, and large bath.
