I would probably try to speak with them face-to-face or on the phone and finish the conversation by telling them you will send them a formal letter shortly with the exact date after you talk with your contractor/partner, etc. 

If you can keep your home data up to date and make the site user friendly your already off to a good start.Just do not become a lead generating platform when you do that you end up with a higher percentage of users who fail to return. 

I've been searching for advice from some of my fellow Michigan agents, only found one buyer complaining lol.

so if all your fellow WA investors think WA is "too expensive" - then do something different than the masses.hope this helps
