I don't plan to move anytime soon and I have no debt that I can think of except this new place I'm getting I just figured hey if I'm gonna buy a place to beat possible rising inflation I rather buy hard assets than stocks , crypto or bitcoin.

Recently I've been fortunate to realize some significant gains in crypto currency.

Also If you have experienced a large Crypto gain I would ask about taxes too.

Cryptocurrency, contrary to what I originally believed, may actually become the international currency of the world, is what I've heard some say, But I'm not going to get into areas that I don't have expertise in.

I don't know how much crossover interest there is between RE on BP and crypto but there's an enormous amount of innovation happening in cryptocurrency finance that could be a great match for RE investing. 

But I forgot to mention the $50k liquid assets that are in crypto and stocks.

I'm def going to invest in someSort of crypto but trying to figure out which to jump into.

No matter if its stocks or real estate, I'd work on converting my fiat currency to real assets ASAP.
