We'll be leaving February 5 for a combination land/cruise in Dubai.

. - you can also search for a rental managing agency - pay them to rented it out and maybe manage the rental for 6 months to a year: then put it on cruise control and do it yourself (once you learn the ins and outs from them).

@Engelo Rumora  Happy to help but I draw the line letting newbie pilots scare the @### out of me.Get your basic training In a Cessna 172... my plane is a Cirrus SR 22  which is a hot rod and where you want to end up.. that's the only plane I would fly long distance over water.. ( that is single engine)  Google the  Cirrus parachute pull off of Maui on U Tube or how ever you guys get on those sites its totally cool to watch.. ferry pilot had his gas tank fail and he ran out of gas 150 miles from Maui.. not to worry pull the chute land softly  cruise ship near by sends tender and your eating lobster for dinner.. do that in a plane without a chute and your lobster food.

I don't buy personal living room furniture and claim it as a business expense, or go on a cruise [that's not business related] and claim it as a business expense.

I was going to say get one of those noise disrupters cruise ships use to aim at pirates off the Somalia coast.. 

I know a lot of times we get hyped up over hearing about “no money down deals” where we can invest in real estate without really giving anything up, and as amazing as those deals are, the reality is for most beginners who don’t want to wait several years to save up the necessary funds or don't want to dabble in wholesaling, the answer is liquidating unnecessary or excessive assets.For me, the money to invest in real estate was sitting covered in my garage, its wheels roughly 3” off the ground and supported by 4 jack stands – and it had been sitting there that way since the last October when I returned home from one last cruise through the crisp fall air.

So when I am in a cruise decent doing 220 knots with a 40k knot tail wind which is just over 300 mph over the ground now your talking.. unless you track your hot car .. you end up like me with your license suspended at 59 YO and in line with all the kids getting their SR 22 insurance...
