Can a seller withdraw a counter offer?

Then I lowball it a bit because it's a dance and I like to tango with offer, counter offer, counter the counter offer, etc..

I was passed that time by 1 min and Steve was calling me😀He was so attentive to the situation, not wanting me to miss any time in making a counteroffer (NOW THAT'S RESPONSIVE).Personally, I love having the different mix of educational and personal experience I get from both men.

Dealing with some counter offers currently.

If you know the area, know the market rents, then by quickly looking over the "deals" you will identify if it's really a "deal" or make a counter offer on the asking price.With that said, buying it right is the MOST important thing in real estate.

I submitted an offer and an LOI with a cover letter that explained my valuation of 915k was based on ~70k NOI and a 8% cap rate and they counter offered 2.7 million! 

I send a much more aggressive counter offer at this point- the property is under contract and the seller is not going to want to have to relist at this point, so you have more leverage.

But it was part of the sellers counter offer.
