I'm with Nathan...... you review the lease and make sure its in good shape and then have a conversation with ALL the tenants that the lease will be fully enforced..... and that includes no changes to the unit without the landlord consent.

If they need to pay after that, we do a consent agreement through the court to lower the amount of time (and court cost) to remove the tenant.

It is my understanding that (unlike Paypal), Venmo can't reverse payments without consent from both parties, and the funds can only transfer if they exist.What are people's thoughts on this practice?
