If you only care about maximizing profits, at the expense of the tenants livelihood (essentially) this will reflect in the behavior and turnover of the tenant.

That is NOT a landlord/tenant relationship.I'd suggest you enforce your agreement, lay down the law, have him change his behavior (not likely), or get rid of this tenant.

From the guy screaming at the workers to the workers being subject to the screaming, both are indirectly accepting "their roles" and stretching the amount of craziness they can put up with.Consider this, for most people television is a powerful idea, just grab a camera, get as few friends as "crew" and you will se how people change their behavior, for good or for worst.

I'm not condoning his behavior, but invariably everyone has SOMETHING in their background that you don't agree with, and it doesn't necessarily make them a bad person or untrustworthy.
