The way I operate with my household (and future rentals) is using multiple "micro savings" (--> MS), each with its own designation (e.g. yearly expenses / vacation expenses / general savings etc).

If you keep it segregated, that works out to 20 as a household (10 for you, 10 for spouse).

In the last recession/depression households consolidated for the most part. 

One of the big demographics in the area that also seem to impact the potential for growth is the household median income.

Definitely will be updating the lease with more comprehensive language when renewal time comes around.

It doesn’t really matter if all the deductions you take is less than or equal to your  standard deduction ($24,000 if married, $18000 for head of household and $12000 if single).

However, most sellers have provided a comprehensive report.
