I've heard a few of the podcasts talking about wanting absolutely everything in the tenants name, some saying that even if their competitors do include some utilities, that their slightly lower advertised rent usually tips the scales in their favor, even though the tenant is often paying a little more per month overall.I'd personally want the tenant to know and take their responsibility in their living situation.

@Calvin Liang nice work.I reached out to a bunch of syndicators 3 years ago to ask a similar question and subsequently built our investor management software, Investor Deal Room.At the time when I started building it IMS and Crowdstreet were the only two companies that were visibly competing in the space.Since then, quite a few competitors have cropped up for real estate investor management software.

You might be better off spending that franchise money on buying better equipment for your business and building your own network of clients instead of waiting for someone in another city to maybe feed you leads.I'm guessing the north Atlanta market is extremely competitive with RE photographers already... do some research on how much the competitors in your market charge.
