Sometimes we have to forget the cheese and just get out of the trap!  

Those investors just started looking for some other sucker to do it, the agent had to start looking for a job flipping burgers or delivering pizzas.

This was proven to be true when I visited the property and the fridge was stocked full of beer, wine, cheese, fruits, etc.

Those goats eat anything and provide fresh organic milk, cheese, meat in a pinch.

When I was in my early 20's I wanted to be an instant success, but I was flipping burgers at Burger King.  

Easy do what I did when I was 17  my dad fronted  me 212 bucks to pay for my RE license course .. took the test at 18 and one month then went to work.. took 4 months but closed my first deal and made 600 dollars.. now this is circa 1975 when wages were about 2 bucks an hour to pump gas and flip burgers. 

Yeah it's all political gobble degook and all the government mice's chasing the cheese.. : )When Detroit filed for BK I did hear rumblings that it would have a ripple effect in the state because counties and cities borrowing would get higher interest bond loans.

My cheese has been moved and I aim to find it.

You will miss good Mexican food and in-and-out burger though.
