If you stumble on getting re-financed this one could really end badly, however with risk comes reward.

The city has charms and quirks that people from outside of Wisconsin would never expect.

For people who either don't have the time/energy, don't like the increased risk of DIYing in another market, or simply don't want to do all that legwork, Turnkey is a good fit.So DIY is higher risk, but potentially higher reward.

I would say keep as many original details and charm as you can!

I actually find DT Allentown to be a charming place with huge potential.

It is bad enough to reward criminal tenants but not having a eviction on their record impedes the rest of us from properly screening them in the future. 

Flipping is higher risk, higher reward than rentals, doubt there is away around that regardless of your financial where with all. 

The take action part is the toughest, but it is also the most rewarding!
