So I found an off market house that would be a great flip or brrrr.

L/O is a great strategy but you need to learn how to do it and do your due diligence.I am just buying 2 more properties using this method.

If you have the time and want to take a more hands-on approach, I’d recommend looking into the BRRRR strategy or flipping properties.

Sounds like the BRRRR method could be a could way to go about that if you're open to properties that need some TLC as opposed to ones that are turnkey.

I would recommend just doing BRRRR projects to build the portfolio now, while you are still running the business. 

I have many years of construction experience and have also done a fix and flip, in addition to ground up construction, as well as 10 years of entrepreneurial experience running a paddle board rental company, and advancing science through developing theoretical methods for efficient large scale simulations...I guess my problem is I can't seem to figure out how to find the money to do more projects, which is why I've been trying to sell my house.
