That's what the "experts" have been saying for years now and here we are, still bouncing around 4%.

Maybe we can even grab a bite to eat sometime and bounce some ideas around.

Just like to bounce these things around when off other people when I have never done them before.

Maybe somewhere else like the mid-west but you've got to be ready to be in it before you do that.IF you bounce from your job I believe you can move your 401k $$ into a self directed solo 401k and then buy passive real estate (no involvement) without penalty.  

@Karen HarrisIf you expect any assistance or expect to bounce ideas off him, then you might have issues.If you don't and then get it...great.Otherwise, you will have potential issues and future headaches.My spouse is not on aboard and doesn't help at all....but its my "job" not hers.

A check could bounce in the same way. 

It's cash, so the payments can't bounce.
