Im 23 and will continue to work until 30-35, and by then I would be able to either continue working BY CHOICE rather by necessity. 

Question for the masses: is it worth it or beneficial to obtain a real estate license while investing?

Keep in mind, the "company applicant" isn't necessarily the "beneficial owner", and there is a whole section for each on the BOIR.  

Could be a beneficial analysis to consider for people who are trying to understand these price tags and conditions.It's fascinating to see the changing market from state to state and city to city.

I had very few choices.  

Our first two projects were conservative by choice and combined yielded in excess of mid six figure return. 

It'd be helpful to know what you're looking to accomplish with a system as that dictates choice of which one to go with as they are all a little different. 

It seems to be more beneficial after converting it into a duplex. 

Document your process and the reasons for your choices to further protect yourself.

So, talking to as many people to get their insight is helping me narrow down my choices.
