Account Closed As a contractor do you agree with what I've been told, or have you seen increases in other areas.While I will agree it is a seller's market, my investors that are flipping have the mindset that once they finish their projects they will most likely be setting the new benchmark for the market they're in.

I probably should have mentioned in my original post that I’m buying class A properties averaging around ~$225K - I don’t think buying at that number and that class of asset this is a fair benchmark.
