It will always be a byproduct of my knowledge and experience in real estate, and the deals in which I am currently engaged. 

This is a simplified analogy, but I don't need to know what the grocery store paid for the ground beef to know $1.99/lb is a great price. 

No one has a beef with anyone spending their money the way they want.

That country experienced MERS epidemic in 2015 where they lost 36 people, a small number but it scared the whole country, and they beefed up Ventilator preparedness which is paying off.

Of course if we are heading into a recession, you need to be prepared, so if you are looking to acquire at the moment make sure you are extra conservative with your ARVs and beef up your renovations costs just in case so you can make out still with a solid profit.Good luck!

@Jeff Lundeen, My only beef with the "California exodus" posts is that the conversations always make it seem like this is THE END for the state, and everyone is getting out of here.

I think alot of people  are actually taking it to beef up their emergency savings and even reserves for landlords.

for my wife and I its a lifestyle choice.. and the by product has been a nice living and a lot of freedom to choose who and where we work .. its hard work but its enjoyable ( most of the time)

These guys ruined the freezer, they turned off the power and let 10lb of ground beef drip in the freeze.
