Usually it's someone looking to easily offload something to a captive audience, who wouldn't doubt the seller's motives. 

Is this something everyone comes across quite frequently and i just have to accept the fact that a majority of the people out there will most-likely not show up at all or am i just running into some bad luck during my first go-around?

I frequently must send people to buyers agents with my own listings.  

I know most of BP audience was not around prior to 08 so they are not up to speed what happened..When lending dried up in 08 it not only dried up it STOPPEd and it stopped for many years.. you simply could not get an investor loan unless you were one really high earning W 2 type professional.. and or the loan product simply did not exist.

@Wave Taylor I would suggest speaking more frequently with the brokers on the deal to ensure that your bid is in line with others that they are receiving.

The organization has events quite frequently throughout the month and at least one event in each region of the state per month.

For those of you who frequently use these loans, how do you mitigate the risk of needing to refinance in 5-7 years, but not having any idea what interest rates or credit availability will be like at that time?
