If you own a bar or liquer store and you don't pay the alcohol authority, you get shut down very quickly and may be even personally liable.   

Considering marijuana is recreationally legal in Illinois - are we able to forbid consumption on the premises?

If someone is either an aggressive douche, entitled, alcoholic, lawyer, in military (w/ possible deployment), odd jobber, uber pet lover, or we’re dealing with a sugar daddy/baby momma situation, I will think twice.
