It was a HUD home, that was boarded up, stripped, and there was a large hole in the wall where burglars had cut open to ransack it.

I've been on this board since 2010 and haven't found an example yet.

For Austin, you are about 5 years late on boarding that ship (you should know this having flipped there) at a value and return that looks and smells good.

We have a person on board with a degree in design, so we usually tweak the floor plans for sight lines and function.

There can also be boarding house regulations if you have alot of rooms in your property.
